HOW IT WORKS

• Find the product and range you are looking for
• If the product can be installed as a DIY assembly, then you can simply buy it direct from our website. You pay then on check out and it is delivered to your desired location. However, if the product requires our own in-house fitters, (yes, we fit it, so no third-party installers, if an issue arises we deal with it, this ensures our high standards in quality control are met), then you can contact our sales team for a quote. 
•  If you are happy with this and it suits your requirements, the next step is to secure a booking deposit, once this is received and receipted one of our team will call to you to take measurements and go through the different options.
• Upon choosing a product that you are happy with your order is then processed.
• While your product is being manufactured in Germany we will proceed with your foundation works which will speed up the install.
• You will then receive your delivery and install date at which stage the remaining balance will be paid in full. 
• Our experienced installers will then arrange a suitable time to fit the product, usually within 2 working days.
• Our after-care service will also call 2 weeks after the install to ensure you are totally happy with your new products.
